At Hair Brazil, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your rights regarding returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations for customers in the United Kingdom and Europe.

  1. Your Right to Cancel (UK & EU Distance Selling Regulations)

If you purchase products online from us, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

Once you notify us that you wish to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

To be eligible for a return, products must:

  • Be in their original packaging
  • Have all tags, seals, ties, and hygiene packaging intact
  • Not be altered
  • Be returned in resalable condition

Because hair extensions and hair products are considered hygiene-sensitive items, we cannot accept returns where the security seal or hygiene packaging has been opened or tampered with unless the item is faulty.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Broken hygiene seals
  • Custom-made or personalised products
  • Clearance or final sale items (where permitted by law)
  • Gift cards

This does not affect your statutory rights if the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Faulty or incorrect items

If the item is faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong product, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.
